We are pleased to announce the announcement of financial results for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024 for the 18th term.

Positioning this term as the 3rd term after listing, by implementing the medium- to long-term growth strategy "AirTrip 5000" and the growth strategy for FY09/23 "AirTrip 'Restart'" from this term, consolidated transaction volume was 123.5 billion yen, consolidated sales were 26.6 billion yen, and operating income was 2.40 billion yen. We achieved year-on-year increases in revenues and profits. Although the growth of existing air ticket products in the AirTrip Online Travel Business has slowed, we have secured operating profits by making growth investments in new AirTrip products, other focus businesses, and new businesses.

In the AirTrip Online Travel Business, the existing products of domestic and international "air tickets" and "air tickets + hotels (AirTrip Plus)" are driving the entire business portfolio as pillars of revenue, thanks to the name recognition gained during the "advertising investment phase" up to FY19.9, continued strategic marketing investment in line with fluctuations in

travel demand, improved convenience through UI/UX improvements and the expansion of the AirTrip points system, and the success of various promotions.
In addition, the company is investing to expand its new focus products for this fiscal year, "hotels, Shinkansen, express buses, and rental cars," and is focusing on expanding the products of "AirTrip," the comprehensive travel platform that handles a wide range of travel content other than air tickets.

AirTrip's new TV commercial has begun airing, and an announcement event was held on August 1st to announce the completion of the new commercial.
Using "AirTrip for anything" as the keyword, we are continuing to make new marketing investments to increase brand awareness with new creative featuring Ms.IKKO.

Existing business areas other than the AirTrip Online Travel Business [IT Off-shore Development Business, Inbound Travel Agency / Wi-Fi Rental Business, Media Business, Investment Business (AirTrip CVC), Regional Revitalization Business, Cloud Business] are all performing well and steadily. We are promoting further business portfolio construction and strategically building and strengthening the “AirTrip Economic Zone”.

We also launched a new business, the “CXO Community Business”, and held the AirTrip & Asteeda Festival 2024 Tokyo on August 1st, with nearly 2,000 participants.
AirTrip CXO Salon Co., Ltd. was established, and within six months the number of participating companies has reached 1,000.
Through our group's assets and “careful” management, we aim to become one of the largest management communities with “a high level of satisfaction” that cannot be imitated by other companies.

In terms of new businesses, we are actively pursuing M&A with the aim of quickly achieving our “AirTrip 5000” milestone, and are working to gather partners to expand and strengthen the AirTrip Economic Zone.
This fiscal year, Northshore inc. joined as a group company and launched the Creative Solutions & DX Business, and also GROWTH Co., Ltd. a subsidiary and launched the Matching Platform Business.
Including two M&As at Hybrid Technologies Co., Ltd., we have carried out a total of seven M&As this fiscal year, and we plan to continue actively gathering partners through M&A in the future.

In the next fiscal year, we will continue to invest in new “AirTrip” products, other key businesses, and new businesses to increase transaction volume and revenue, and to create new businesses to follow existing businesses whose growth is slowing.

Our forecast for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 is 135 billion yen in transaction volume, 28 billion yen net sales, Net income after tax 500 million yen, operating income in 1 billion yen.

The AirTrip Group aims for endless growth by promoting the creation and strengthening of its business portfolio strategy, the "AirTrip Economic Zone", through the launch of new businesses every year, achieving its mid- to long-term growth strategy, "AirTrip 5000", and expanding its operating profit to 5 billion yen.
